The Lotus Technical Information and Education team has been working on providing more user-friendly content -- tutorials, reference cards, product tours, demo videos, etc. -- making the IBM Lotus Domino Wiki a great resource for user education.

Wiki contributions categorized under Learning Lotus Notes Clients provide a user (and a user educator, which we all are/tend to become) with information on Lotus Notes, iNotes, Lotus Traveler, and other Lotus products.
